Resumen:
Este material didáctico está diseñado para ayudar y facilitar a los jugadores y jugadoras del fútbol base un espacio para poder registrar sus opiniones, anécdotas, vivencias, percepciones y datos sobre su actividad deportiva. Este diario ayuda a los diferentes jugadores y jugadoras a recopilar sus experiencias a lo largo de la temporada, pudiendo incluso completar un diario de su vida y trayectoria deportiva . Para ello, se ha diseñado un material que contiene diferentes adaptaciones a cada etapa formativa y edad.
Abstract
This educational material is designed to help and provide grassroots football players with a space to record their opinions, anecdotes, experiences, perceptions and data about their sporting activity. This diary helps different players to compile their experiences throughout the season, and they can even complete a diary of their life and sporting career. To do this, a material has been designed that contains different adaptations to each training stage and age.
